• Order Processing and Shipping:
  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.
• Returns and Exchanges:
  Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
• Refunds:
  Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Defective or Incorrect Items:
  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
  We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
• Sale and Clearance Items:
  All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
